How do i find what i am good at??

Hey...i need to know how to find out which psychic ability i am good at...if any. I think i have a little bit of something but i am not sure. I can see about 5 seconds into the future and see what people are going to say. The problem is i can't control it, it just happens every now and then!

I want to be able to do telekenesis...

One more thing...i know this is a bit out of the way...but does anyone out there know how to light a candle by the wave of your hand etc.?
