*To use this ability is simple to me because I was born with higher PK energy than most people.
*I havent come across anyone with no PK energy yet.
*Practice this technique to get started:
meditate by taking deep breaths and clearing your mind of any thought for at least 5 minutes before doing anything elese.
*After that, concentrate on the object doing exactly what you want repeatedly(keeping calm)and if you practice enough you will first make it shake and if you practice very much it should work quite well.
P.S.-It may not work if you are tired or concentrate too hard and start off with small objects.
