its not a concentration its a focus, but you can't expect to lift big things like on such tv shows that intrigued you to learn this ability naturally its a gift but to learn your lucky to levitate a pencil, or roll one, the easiest thing to start on is a candle, try to shift the flame keep it still or put it out, with out using your hands, just remember focus,,,,,don't concentrate because that makes your thoughts crowded blinded even.....focus and relax and think of the flame as a part of your body.....
