it's easy. If it doesn't work you either need more practice or you'll never be able to do it in a million years!Anyway..... imagine what you're trying to use telekenesis on is part of your body and your brain can make it move. Now imagine that you moved it. Stop imagining and see if it really moved. If it did,congratulations! But still don't forget to practice. If it didn't,just keep practicing 5 to 8 times a day. It is a lot easier if you meditate a lot. Thats all there is to it! Keep practicing! By :Nick
