Calm yourself. Put your thumbs together, sit and relax. Meditate and concentrate on what you want to do. Clear out your head and only think of the object you are trying to move, imagine it going from point A to point B. Know you can move it, because it is a part of you. Everything is a part of you. Dont will the object to move, just concentrate very..very..deeply
